Small plant pattern inspired by the Liberty style popularised in the 19th century by William Morris. This style was mainly found in upholstery, wallpaper and clothing fabrics, not in traditionally white bed linen. Very popular in the UK, as in France, too, and the Maison Alexandre Turpault was likely inspired by it to create its floral embroidery. A plant rug, made up of branches, foliage, flowers, berries and wild fruit, not to mention small birds.
